What makes it different
Most fractional finance people know finance. I’ve spent 14 years in CPG across finance and marketing, including ten on the acquisition side, so I understand why CAC moves and cohorts evolve, not just how to model them. Most recently, I’ve spent the last few years building financial forecasting, profitability, and strategic planning frameworks and advising leadership for dozens of CPG brands. I’ve also built these systems hands-on with AI tooling, which means I know where AI-generated numbers quietly go wrong and how to make the output trustworthy.
